We are looking for someone dynamic who can really motivate the team and bring the team up to the next level of operational performance. The team is made up currently of 4 – an Ops Manager and 3 Co-Ordinators.
Main purpose of job: To create profit for the company by managing sustainable revenue growth and managing costs within the company agreed budgets. Implement the company strategy and apply the functional plan and rules of the organisation.
